Tours & Tasting's - FAQ

- We provide our clients with a unique NapaValley & Sonoma County custom experiences.  We will build you the perfect day and or weekend for you and your group. All of our tours are private and tailored to your specific needs. We specializing in small production, "off-the-beaten-path" wineries. However, if you have a spot you'd like to visit, we are happy to accommodate your requests. 

- The Napa Valley is home to over 600 unique wineries, some world-famous, and many intimate and exclusive. Whether you’re an experienced connoisseur of wine or visiting Northern California’s wine country for the first time, we’ll work with you to curate your perfect itinerary. We’re happy to accommodate parties of any size, from ‘just you & you're special someone’ to large corporate groups. After reserving with us, we'll build your custom itinerary.

- No they are not. Each winery has a "tasting fee" for their specific experience. The fact that each wine tasting tour is unique to each group, we can not estimate exact costs for each tasting experience. The Napa wineries that we visit offer their best wines for our guests; usually 4-5 different wines at each stop. Most of the wineries usually waive the tasting fee when you purchase a minimum or join their wine club. The wine tasting fees are collected at each winery.

Tasting fees vary at each winery. Most range from $45.00 up to $100.00 per person. But as we mentioned, these fee's will be waived if you buy wine or join a club. It's always better to go home with or ship wine to your home. Our wineries are "Direct to Consumer", so the wine is only available for sale at the winery.

- Yes, reservations are a must at all wineries. We will make them for you or you can make them on your own.

We can discuss this process and how we handle reservations. 

- Uber in the wine country is not a great option. Why? Because wineries require reservations and if you’re late you miss out - or worse, you miss out and still pay since many wineries require your credit card when reserving. Being on time is crucial to a seamless day. It is not Uber’s strong point and now that you MUST be on time imagine how stressful your day will be as you look at your phone and your upcoming reservation and see that the Uber driver is still far, far away. Also, many wineries are remote - and trying to get an Uber to come get you after your tasting is done is problematicat best.

- There are numerous winery experiences to choose from in Napa and Sonoma. Typically, we find that 3 wineries visits per day works well. After 3 stops - the wine taste the same and you are ready for a nap.

- One can expect a visit to last approx. 90 minutes depending on the experience selected. We make sure you

have plenty of time to chill and enjoy your experience. No reason to rush - much better to relax and enjoy your experience.

- The best time of year to visit Napa Valley is anytime. Each season offers something different.

- Our favorite part of the day is teaching our guests and sharing information on the wines, vineyards, appellations, and history of wine country. We love educating throughout the day.
